Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Oxfaa English Training Academy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy for detailed guidelines.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are granted within 7 days of course purchase under the following conditions:
• Technical issues that prevent access to the course.
• Non-delivery of promised services.
• Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with course content or partial usage.

Cancellation Requests

To cancel a course subscription, users must send a formal request to support@oxfaa.in.

Requests must include proof of purchase and a clear reason for cancellation.

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

• Fees for partially used courses, promotional offers, and discounted packages are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Exceptional cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
